The role will support the delivery of all financial aspects of the Schools2030 programme, including donor reporting, reconciliations, cost recovery, budgeting, and compliance, in close collaboration with programme colleagues and the wider AKF(UK) finance team. Financial oversight, planning, and reporting Produce monthly financial reports on Schools2030 for the AKF(UK) Finance Committee. Produce quarterly financial reports on Schools2030 for the Schools2030 management team and AKF Geneva. Produce monthly financial reports on Schools2030 spend in the UK for the Schools2030 UK team. Prepare all Schools2030 donor financial reports and ensure consistency with internal data. The agency currently operates across 11 countries in East Africa and South and Central Asia. Summary: The Aga Khan Schools (AKS) Development Office is looking for dynamic and dedicated individuals to join the team and successfully drive the agency’s regional fundraising efforts. These open positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth and success of AKS through strategic fundraising management. Successful candidates will be highly involved in the development of a multi-year strategy for local fundraising efforts. This exciting journey will also lead the post holders to coordinate all aspects of campaign-specific activities, including meetings and fundraising events in the relevant regions. The AKHS has four years' worth of carbon emissions data and aims to track and report progress with its continued efforts across its eight country operations. AKHS is looking for a skilled and creative Sustainability Data Officer to join its global Climate and Environment team. T he main role is to collect, check, and analyse carbon emission data from eight AKHS country offices. The officer will also help with data analysis, research, and sharing the results within AKHS and with other partners. Purpose of the role The Safety and Security Lead advises Aga Khan Schools Management Team, Country CEOs on matters affecting the safety and security of staff, students, facilities and operations. The function works directly with the various Country and Academy Safety and Security Managers / Security Focal Points (SFPs) across all regions to support the development of appropriate security measures at all AKS facilities and ensure compliance with the AKDN Security Level System. The role also assists and advises management in the event of a crisis at the local or global level.
