Position Summary: The Senior Programme Manager will provide leadership in the continued implementation and scale-up of the Elderly Care Programme, overseeing both service delivery and research components. The role includes technical oversight, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational management across multiple regions. The incumbent will ensure compliance with program standards and strategic objectives while maintaining strong collaboration with AKU, AKDN agencies, and regional field teams.
