Ao longo de 10 meses, cerca de 50 jovens de comunidades sub-representadas no universo editorial — em particular aquelas que não têm o português como língua materna ou de conforto — irão criar trabalhos narrativos (como novelas gráficas, entre outros formatos). A estratégia do projeto assenta na participação ativa destes jovens num ciclo oficinal de escrita e de ilustração, que culminará com a publicação das obras originais pela Editora Almedina, contribuindo para um panorama literário mais inclusivo e representativo. A publicação será celebrada num Festival Literário a organizar em Sintra, a realizar no final do projeto. Neste âmbito, a Fundação Aga Khan Portugal encontra-se a recrutar um consultor/a especialista em escrita criativa para dinamizar sessões com os jovens participantes, entre setembro de 2025 e junho de 2026, em contextos de educação formal e não formal, num total de até 136 horas. Supporting the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies. This role involves creating content, managing social media, assisting with events, and analyzing campaign performance, to enhance brand awareness and engage target audiences through various channels. Key Responsibilities Ensure that data protection measures are in place and strictly adhered to at all events. Lead on public facing marketing initiatives in consultation with the Line Manager. BACKGROUND: The Om Habibeh Foundation is an Egyptian non-profit organization established in 1991, operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Solidarity. As the implementing agency of the Aga Khan Foundation Egypt and an affiliate of the Aga Khan Development Network, OHF was founded by Om Habibeh Sultan Mohammed Shah Aga Khan with the vision of supporting sustainable development in Aswan. Since its inception, OHF has been committed to improving the quality of life for local communities through long-term initiatives in health care, education, and economic empowerment. POSITION OBJECTIVES: The incumbent is responsible for developing high-quality concept notes and proposals to support resource mobilization efforts. This role oversees the preparation of timely and accurate grants reporting, ensures compliance with donor regulations and requirements, and supports effective project implementation in line with approved work plans and proposals. The Manager provides strategic advice to the CEO and Senior Management Team on matters related to donor engagement, funding opportunities, and grants acquisition, strengthening the organization’s partnerships and external positioning. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Mobilising Resources (30%) Gather donor intelligence to identify funding leads and analyse resource mobilisation trends in Egypt. Develop and lead implementation of strategies for diversifying AKF/OHF funding sources. Lead the development of concept notes and proposals with a diverse range of institutional, corporate, and philanthropic donors and foundations through close collaboration with management and technical teams. Identify operational gaps and implementation challenges that may hinder program delivery or impact and provide actionable recommendations to address these issues effectively. Support the rollout of the AIMS system and other grant management tools under the global AKF/OHF initiative to enable centralised, real-time grant oversight and reporting through a live dashboard. Serve as the country-level focal point for the implementation of the new Grant Management process, acting as the primary liaison with the Global Partnerships and Organisational Effectiveness Teams.
